Neff plays its service cards
Sharp cards move for IKAS Customer Service.
BSH Customer Service, the current holder of the Domestic & General TEQ Service Award, now offers dealers individually branded business cards in standalone holders for use by end customers of its Bosch, Siemens and Neff appliance brands.
The business cards provide brand-dedicated phone numbers and website addresses for several customer services, including arranging an engineer visit, ordering replacement spare parts and purchasing accessories.
Designed to be displayed at the point of sale in kitchen and appliance showrooms, these handy new business cards are available for end customers of Bosch, Siemens and Neff appliances to pick up and keep at home for future reference.
BSH Service Marketing Manager, Neil Whitwell said: "Feedback to date has shown that customers find the cards very handy indeed.
